Investment Management
We are thematic investment managers that create best-in-class investment strategies to capitalise on long-term economic and demographic fundamentals and short-term market trends. Our investment management service includes utilising our robust local and international network to source (off-market) investment opportunities that align with our tailor-made strategies and in-depth market research and analysis to identify and evaluate the most attractive opportunities. We use our extensive transaction experience to provide high-quality strategic advice and due diligence capabilities, to negotiate favourable terms and mitigate risks. Additionally, our financial analysis and reporting standard ensures transparency for investors and enables them to monitor all needed key metrics of their investments.
Asset Management
Full-service asset management involves a hands-on approach to maximising the value and performance of residential assets through active involvement and strategic initiatives, to enhance attractiveness of the asset(s) to tenants and investors. Our service includes business plan execution, tenant management (incl. tenant relations and lease negotiations), asset enhancement through renovations and techn(olog)ical upgrades to ensure a stable rental income and maximise property value.

Joep Verbeek
Investment and Asset Management

Joep has over 3.0 billion in real estate transaction experience across capital structures and asset classes. Previously, Joep worked at CBRE as a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking team, advising real estate firms and (institutional) investors in real estate M&A. Before CBRE, Joep worked in Dutch residential asset management at Amvest IM.
As a CFA Charterholder and with his Master’s degree in Finance from Tilburg University, he has a profound financial background.
Jurian Meeuwisse

With over 6 years of experience in the living sector, Jurian’s expertise ranges from standing investments to new developments and non-performing loans. Previously, Jurian worked as an Associate Director at CBRE engaging in various real estate transactions and providing consultancy services to a broad group of (inter)national and local investors.
With his Masters in Finance and Tax Law from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, he has a financial and legal background.
Jeroen van den Biggelaar

Jeroen has over 10 years of experience in (re)development projects, from the planning stage to completion and sales. He has successfully executed real estate projects across residential, leisure, logistics and retail. In addition, he has been responsible for the day-to-day asset management of his family business’ private portfolio for many years.
Jeroen has a technical background and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Built Environment from Avans University of Applied Sciences in ‘s Hertogenbosch.
